Layaway policy

LAYAWAY - Seller and Buyer agree on the financial terms which include a set amount for deposit and the period by which the remaining balance must be paid. If a balance remains after this period, the buyer is subject to a penalty of 10% of the remaining balance per week. For example, if $100 remains unpaid at the end of the layaway period, buyer must pay an additional $10.00 (10%) that will be accrued on the first late day with an additional 10% of the remaining balance accrued after 7 days and thereafter in one week increments (every seven days). Cancellation of the layaway purchase can be made within three days of initial layaway payment but is not possible thereafter. A 5% fee based on the item price will be applied to any layaway cancellation (only allowed within three days of purchase). Layaway items are not returnable.
